Delivery depends on the selected package. Initial images are usually available within 24 hours.
Usage rights are granted to all clients.
Cancellation is available up to 72 hours before the event. Any cancellation after that will result in the deposit not being refunded.
Yes, however all delivered images are pre-edited. Any further customization for marketing or promotional purposes is billed separately and must be agreed upon before the event contract is signed.
Images are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format. RAW (.CR3) files are available upon request and must be requested in advance.
VUKIC Studio maintains a contract with Dropbox Inc. to provide secure storage and backup of client photos. Photo storage is available upon request and is billed separately.
Booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance is recommended, subject to availability.
The number of delivered images depends on the selected package and contract agreement.
In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the shoot can be rescheduled on client request.
